Take inspiration from this busty petite, or others like Selma Hayek and America Ferrera, both have been seen in casual and evening maxi styles.
When wearing as much fabric as a maxi requires you don’t want the dress to overwhelm you. While I don’t want to discourage you from wearing a fun print, just choose carefully. A maxi dress in a single color can still be gorgeous and dramatic if you choose the right fit, plus it’s a fool proof way to add inches.
Your maxi dress should always go right to the floor, nothing in between the knee and ankle is flattering.
If you’re busty choose a maxi with an empire waist line (right under the bust).
Since you’re legs are completely covered there’s nothing wrong with showing cleavage. Take it one step further and accentuate your neck and bust line with a long pendant.
