While Fernanda set out to create dresses for petite ladies with hips, it turns out that they fit the average fashionista too! This could be because the average North American is 5’4!
Turns out us petites will have to share this amazing designer with women of taller statures as well!
Roselyn Sanchez from Without a Trace will be wearing a piece from Fernanda Carneiro’ s Fall ’08 collection.
A stunning yellow strapless dress suited her fancy during her interview on EXTRA with Mario Lopez.
