1. This Old Navy Crew-Neck Pocket Tee is great. It’s super affordable and super comfortable. I bought one in white and ended up going back and buying it in five more colors. The label says hand wash but I tried the delicate cycle on my machine with a low heat “fluff” cycle on the dryer and it was fine. $8-$12.50

2. I’ve been trying to stay away from sugar but I had a meltdown recently while I was scrolling through my favorite food blog, Smitten Kitchen. Deb always has something tasty brewing in her kitchen and this week I came across her Salted Brown Butter Crispy Treats (A.K.A, rice crispy treats) and let me tell you, THEY. WERE. AMAZING. Whenever I’m cooking anything that involves melting butter I always love to brown it a bit for more flavor, I just never thought of it for rice crispy treats. Trust me, I’ll never go back.

3. While I was looking through my twitter feed earlier this week I came across this link that includes fifteen things which, “if you give up on them, will make your life a lot easier and much, much happier.” It’s definitely worth a read. Find it here.

4. I’ve been looking for a new pair of pointed toe pumps and came across these ‘Emma’ pumps from French designer Jean Michel-Cazabat. No more Old Navy Tee’s for a while. I will definitely be saving my pennies for these!

While I know it may seem crazy to spend over $100 on what looks like just a flip flop, trust me, it’s worth every penny. This sandal is super comfortable and runs small and narrow. Because it’s a flip flop it can be worn with a casual outfit but it can also be dressed up too. It comes in many different colors (see below) and you can find them online at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Tory Burch, Shopbop and more.
