Fernanda Carneiro was 1 of 3 designers that won the first Fashion Angel Emerging Designer Award sponsored by the city of Los Angeles!
With that, she was able to put on runway show featuring a 10-piece Spring 2010 collection!
The show kicked off Downtown LA Fashion Week on October 13th.
