The iconic Ms. Dolly Parton (5’0″) was recently honored at the Kennedy Centre. So many fabulous petite celebs were present including Hollywood’s single blond bombshells, Jessica Simpson (5’3″) and Reese Witherspoon (5’2″). If you’re not already a fan, watch the clip and you’ll understand why so many people love her! Jessica Simpson was having a really hard time singing her tribute to Dolly, she was so nervous she forgot the words or froze we’re not sure..
