Mix High & Low

Now, I know that I have oodles of middle and low end clothes in my closet.

It’s time to take inventory, clean out that closet to make room for a few new quality items!

You deserve it!

What to look for in Top-Quality Clothes:

- The best fit (you can look past hemlines and sleeve length, if it fits great everywhere else).

- Dyed to match zippers, concealed in expertly sewn plackets.

- Straight seams that neither pucker nor pull, finished edges and even stitching.

- Invisible hemline stitching (which you can ask for at your tailor).

- Silk lining (when lining is called for).

The first item that I’m adding is the above dress by Diane von Furstenberg. It’s a PETITE too!!

It’s called the Celardo Dress

Our idea of bliss? A closet full of pretty DVF dresses.

Stretch-silk dress with pleat detail at bust and skirt. 1/2″ contrast banding and pleated, ruffle trim at empire waist. On-seam pockets at hip and hidden zipper at side. Straps are 1.25″ wide.

36″ long.
95% silk/5% lycra.
Dry clean.
Imported.

Original Price: $345.00

Petite Paper Mache: $172.50 Sale

I tried on a bunch of Kensie Girl today and the fit was incredible. I bought a few items and put the rest on hold till tomorrow. I needed to leave the store to collect my thoughts and figure out what I REALLY wanted.

P.S it’s the first time in awhile I had to go up a size in most items!

    xo

Cute, but isn’t Diane von Furstenberg’s idea of “petite” really an extra, extra small?

  3. Christa Jean says:

This is labeled petite because of the length, which is shorter then some of her other dresses.
