Sunshine, Stripes and Skinnies

It’s finally cooled down here in the Northwest. Not that I was complaining or anything but come on people — 97 degrees and no air conditioning a few weeks ago — it wasn’t exactly pleasant. Anyway, it seems to be over now, at least the house is cooler and I can sleep at night.

I recently picked up two new pairs of denim (a black and dark wash) from Express while they were having their ‘buy one get one for $29.50′ sale. Me being me, of course I combined the deal with the coupon code I received in the mail to get and extra $30.00 off a purchase of $100.00 of more — needles to say I was pretty proud of myself. Anyway, the fit and length is perfect. I picked up the “Extreme Stretch” legging jeans in their ‘short’ length and the fit is great.
