Petite Fashion Tip of the Day

Tip# 4

The print or pattern should not be bigger than your fist. If it’s bigger, it’s too big for your frame.

The exception to this would be the larger floral patterns this season, when they’re done in a soft way.

What happens if your hands are really tiny for your frame?

    Hi Cynthia,

Not that you ever need help getting dressed, you always look fab. Make a loose fist, look at it, I doubt there are any patterns in your closet bigger then that, even with your tiny hands.

    love ya!

I am glad to hear about the exception. I just purchased a petite dress with a bold graphic floral print in a soft coral. I was a bit hesitant about trying it on but it looked great so I decided to break the rule. The length was perfect and for me at 5’1″ so I couldn’t resist.

    Thanks for the great tips!
