Win $100 Gift Card from Lands’ End

Lands' End Inc

Lands’ end is a great resource for basics and/or for a sophisticated easy to wear wardrobe.

They offer petite clothing in regular and plus size fits.

I’ve always been a fan of the nautical preppy look and Lands’ End always does that very well and this season is no different. I’m also, a big fan of their easy to wear dresses.

So, how do you win the $100 Gift Card?

Leave a comment on this post with a few links to items that you would like to purchase that totals around $100. Also, let me know who you’re shopping for. Are you shopping for your Spring wardrobe? A gift for your mom or grandma for Mothers Day? Or, maybe a sister or friend.

The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday April 8th at 9:00 a.m EST.

Here are some of my picks:

These are for myself, for I have enough trouble dressing myself :)

I, too, love the Brown Suede Ballet flats, as I am in desperate need of new flats to replace my old pair that finally got scuffed beyond repair.

I also love this Chino Skirt, which I could wear from class to work to church – pretty much anywhere! Love the back of the skirt – cute and clean design, and I like the length – just above the knee, always flattering, especially for petites.

And, for my mom, I would grab these Boot Cut Comfort Commuter Pants as she has expressed a desire to update her professional wardrobe and finds it difficult to find pants in her size and height.

For my Awesome mom who’s a petite (5’3″) plus sized lady, I’d choose this cute
spring outfit. I’d pair this 3/4 Solid No Iron Stretch Shirt in white (time saver on the
no iron) with this Paneled Denim Skirt (flattering vertical pintucks create a slimming
illusion and i like the length) and the Oblong Scarf in Desert Khaki wrapped around her shoulders. I’d put her in a pair of kitten heel thongs and she’d be ready to go.

My mom’s 67th birthday was April 1 and she could use a bit of a “what not to wear” makeover. She is tall and thin — shortwaisted with a bit of an apple build.

For her I like the roll-sleeve shirt dress, the no-iron pin point blouses, boot cut pants and that chino shirt jacket. Sharp!

  19. Jillishness 05. Apr, 2008 at 3:48 pm #

I’ve let my wardrobe go for too long – suffering through wearing t-shirts and khakis to work every day, and slowly allowing that to become my regular wardrobe. I need a rejuvenation of spectacular proportions…

love this site!! so many cute items!! i would get ella the Girls’ Woven Smocked Sundress for our vacation to the beach!! thanks so much!!

I am about to graduate from college, which means at least two things: little cash on hand and job hunting. With $100 I’d get myself some nice-looking, properly-fitted petite clothes for work…since finding petite clothes at all, much less stylish/dressy ones, can be a challenge on a student budget.

I really like the herringbone shirt in white because it’s crisp yet subtle. I also like the khaki weekend chino jacket because it’s really sharp and could be dressed up or down. I love the vertical seams – nice and slimming.

Hopefully both would look good on my five foot frame!

I’m definitely shopping for myself! My oldest is now 3, and I’ve barely bought anything for myself in the last 3 years. I keep finding that the shirts I’ve been wearing for the last 3 years now have holes in them from too much wear!

I am shopping for a bathing suit for myself. It's important to consider that I am 76 years young, 4'11", and hippy with a butt to match. LE is the only store where I can find a suit to fit and hide the inevitable touches of time.
